The trope name "Villain's Dying Grace" was my idea! Squee! It's not really a trope yet, but it's being considered as the rename for My Revenge Is Mercy, since the trope is about the villain, right before he dies, has a fit of remorse and saves the hero. Go join the discussion if you have any other name ideas or just to make it more lively; it's a practical Ghost Town.
