• Throw It In!: Jim botches the Chandelier Swing during the fight scene in the bar and hits his head on the floor. This was actually not planned. The grips on the chandelier failed during filming and Robert Conrad actually took that hard fall and fractured his skull. It becomes clear something went wrong when he stumbles while getting up and by how the action pauses for a few seconds as everyone has an Oh Shit moment.
