• Deleted Scene:
  • There was a scene after Sarah Jane is removed from time where Chrissie visits Alan and Maria in a uniform for a job in a supermarket. Maria is suprised to learn that Chrissie has a new boyfriend, only for Chrissie to tell Maria she should already know about this, and elaborates she ditched her old one after finding out with Andrea Yates's help that he'd been cheating on another woman. Although this scene was cut, Alan still mentions this visit when Chrissie visits after Maria is wiped from time.
  • In the scene where Alan ties up the Graske, there was a deleted line of dialogue where Alan learns from the Graske that the villain who kidnapped Sarah Jane is called "The Trickster". In the finished episode, Alan's line of "There's the Trickster!" comes across as though Alan is naming the villain that, rather than being the villain's actual name.
  • There was short scene where Clyde ran off to be with his mum when the meteor was descending.
• Orphaned Reference: Maria is wiped from time and only Alan remembers her. Chrissie pays Alan a visit after time has been altered and tells him they never had a daughter. Alan protests that Chrissie was at their house earlier and saw Maria. This refers to a cut scene earlier in the serial where Chrissie does indeed visit the house and sees Maria.
