• California Doubling: The scenes set in Warsaw were actually shot in Budapest. Unfornately, several Budapest landmarks and Romanian flags are clearly visible in these scenes. Bucharest also briefly doubles for Amsterdam, but this scene is so brief that it could have been in any European city.
