• No Budget: It definitely suffers from this, just watch the movie:
  • There are no crowd scenes because they couldn't hire too many extras.
  • A cavern serves as an ancient tomb, adding rugs on the walls turns it into a palace.
  • It has pretty awful and notoriously cheap special effects, especially in the shipwreck scene.
• Underage Casting:
  • Janelle Marra, who plays Rajan, was 31 at the time, only seven years more than Inbar Lavi, playing her daughter Alana.
  • Michael Pare plays Oda, father of Aedan, played by Kevin Sorbo, who was born less than a month before him.
