• Development Gag: The plot point that Titania has trademarked the She-Hulk name, and is now suing Jen over it. It likely refers to She-Hulk's creation in the comics to prevent such a dispute from arising with Universal Studios, in case they created a She-Hulk character in their The Incredible Hulk (1977) show.
• Throw It In!: According to interviews, there wasn't supposed to be a post credit scene, but Benedict Wong and Patty Guggenheim had such amazing comedic chemistry that they decided to let the two ad-lib a scene and make it the stinger.
