• This entire fic was inspired by a dream.
• The scene in Chapter 6 where Belldandy links with Yggdrasil and downloads the data from Skuld regarding the wish was inspired by a similar scene in Tron where the character Tron interfaces with his User with the help of the Guardian.
• The infamous Yggdrasil Linkup scene with Urd, Skuld, Belldandy, and Keiichi, was totally written by co-Author Nena Camadera after being out in a boat for a day collecting parcels during a practice cargo drop with little food or water. She came back suffering from a combination of dehydration, seasickness, and heat exhaustion. It earned her the nickname "Loopy" in the GRO forums.
• 'Operation CrossFit', the fake operation name Urd came up with to explain her presence in America with Belldandy, is based off the actual Operation Cross Country, an annual FBI Operation that occurs nationwide and focuses on underage victims of prostitution and draws attention to the problem of sex trafficking at home and abroad.
