• Troubled Production: This episode was hurriedly thrown together at the eleventh hour after all the planned location filming for the series was cancelled (it being a choice between that and having a live audience); this meant the scripts for the originally intended episodes 5 & 6 were now unusable. This episode was still being written whilst the others were being filmed, and little more than half of it was filmed on the audience night because that was all that had been written. They had to go back and shoot new stuff with greenscreen later on, then splice it together. At the time the behind-the-scenes documentary was being filmed for the DVD, they still weren't sure if they were going to be able to complete the episode.
