Trivia / Phineas and Ferb "Rollercoaster: The Musical"

Go To

  • Blooper: At the end of the introductory verse of "Carpe Diem", Isabella is clearly heard joining Phineas, but when she enters the song, her mouth isn't moving.
  • Cut Song: There were two songs written for the episode but ultimately not used:
    • Jon Colton Barry wrote a song called "Where the Heck Were We?" where Lawrence, Buford, Baljeet, and Irving question why they weren't in the original episode.
    • Director Robert F. Hughes wrote "Farmer's Wife Song", where the Farmer's Wife would've soliloquized what she really wanted to fall out of the sky (which would be a puppy).
  • Development Gag: A new line Phineas says when introducing the coaster this time around, "Mark your calendars, ladies and gentlemen, because you'll want to tell your grandchildren about the day you rode..." is actually part of the script for the series' original pilot pitch; it was cut when the pilot got produced, but restored for this episode.
  • Out of Order: While this was the last episode produced for Season 2, it was the second-to-last aired.
  • Release Date Change: Originally set for January 18, but got changed to one day later a few days before airing, possibly to avoid competing against the SpongeBob SquarePants event, "Legends of Bikini Bottom".
