• Fake Australian: In Diddy Kong Racing, Dent Chassis speaks with a vaguely Australian-sounding accent.
• What Could Have Been: Certain games featured in the "Coming Soon" section contained preliminary footage, such as Zelda 64 and Kirby's Air Ride (which would later be made for Nintendo GameCube instead).
  • The Stinger at the end of the DKC tape featuring clips from Killer Instinct was supposed to be a tease for the game's release on the N64 (as famously promised by the arcade game). This didn't happen for various reasons and it instead came out for the Super Nintendo, though one of the later tapes did have a tease for Killer Instinct Gold, which was on the N64.
