• Development Gag: One of the unused scripts for Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare featured the souls of the dead Dream Warriors acting as the "Dream Police" to keep watch on the dream world. That idea is used here, although not to the extent that Taryn and the others call themselves "Dream Police."
