- Development Hell: The sequel has been stuck in this since at least the the mid-90s, despite the fact it's been completed. It appears no publisher is interested - even the one that published the book originally. Manson has released a few images of rooms on a fan website, but other than that, it appears the sequel will never see the light of day.
