  • Corey Fischer as Cardozo, the guitar-playing dentist, who also makes his last appearance. Not Fischer's first appearance in the franchise, however; he played Captain Bandini in M*A*S*H, in which he played guitar during the performance of "Suicide is Painless" at the Painless Pole's "wake".
  • Jeff Maxwell as Igor, albeit in a background shot with no lines.
