• Role Reprise: A variation as Alex, Marty, Melman, Gloria and King Julien are reprised by their video game voice actors (Wally Wingert, Phil LaMarr, Stephen Stanton, Bettina Bush and Danny Jacobs). In Wally Wingert's case, this would be one of the last times he voiced Alex before the lion switched to being voiced by Crispin Freeman who did the role in the video game for the second film.
