• Keep Circulating the Tapes:
  • For some reason, not only do the official digital copies remove all logos that aren't Fancy Monkey Studios while adding music to said logo, but they also show the Credits Montages without the credits! The DVDs are extremely hard to find, and the Fancy Monkey website only sells the VHS tapes.
  • There exists an ultra rare promo cassette that features an audio-only version of "Stanza By Me", complete with extra narration.
• Production Posse: The show's creators previously created 3-2-1 Penguins! for Big Idea Productions.
• What Could Have Been: A fourth video, A Tale of Two Dogs, was planned but never produced following the closure of Startoons. It would have had two shorts in total:
  • One would have been titled "Second Stanza" with the plot involving Stanza from the short "Stanza By Me" returning to Prairie Town and Gilroy planning a concert for the former to perform in to make up for how badly nearly everyone treated him before. Gilroy becomes selfish while doing this due to not taking into account the fact that Stanza is shy.
  • The other short would have been titled "Prairie Dog Survival Guide", in which Scout and Sport go on a camping trip and it goes wrong partially due to the fact that they have trouble sharing. The song meant to play at the end of the short, "Only When You Share", was included on the show's soundtrack album Take Me Home, Prairie Roads.
