• Throw It In!: Owing to a miscommunication between the crew and the overseas animation studio, one shot of Ultra Peepi stomping down the street was animated with him walking with an out-of-place swagger. Jhonen thought it was so hilarious that he asked Kevin Manthei to write some appropriate funk music to go under it ("I wanna hear Barry White say 'Ultra Peepi!'").
• What Could Have Been: Peepi's name was originally Mr. Boodles. It was changed to Peepi for obvious reasons.
