• What Could Have Been: In leehama's twitter, she liveblogged a number of details:
  • She cut an arc for a chef named Carlisle and that Jamie, Joanna's brother had a part in that arc. His path would've crossed with the cast due to him publishing a book with the same company that publishes Joanna's, and it would've explored Joanna, Walt, and their friendship with Lucy. Carlisle also would've had a teenage daughter upset at him for ruining his health for a job he no longer cared for, which was a plot used in Bartlett's arc instead.
  • The Jacobi arc would've run concurrently with Carlisle's arc and his motivations would've centered around Graham and not Lucy, and he would've kidnapped Lucy to convince Graham to compete against him. However, she decided to develop Lynn through her relationship with Jacobi instead.
• Word of Gay: Per leehama's tumblr, Chef Bartlett was written with intention of him being aroace.
