- Let's look at the early designs for the characters for a bit. Four of the five characters shown in the original art looked different from their final designs.
- Snake has a more rounder body with no rips on the paper on either side and the snake marking looked different as well. He also did not have his sharp teeth or his gold tooth.
- Squiggly and Z are armless, rather than just having one arm. Z also wears a cap in his early design alongside his shades.
- Wet Wipes' colors were just swapped for the comic, though the wipes remain white.
- Silica has two rims rather than one, and the rim on the top had text reading "SILICA" on it.
- Acrylic Fingernail/Pinky was originally just going to be called "Nail."
