• The Shelf of Movie Languishment: Three whole issues were written in 1997, but never released as the comic was cancelled due to high production costs. The short-lived revival in 2006 used completely new stories instead. Now, the three cancelled Dudão issues will be shown in Youtube channel of the comic's creator.
• Write Who You Know: Most characters are based on real people the creator knew; Dudão is based on himself, Rebeca was a member of his church, Paçoca and Zuca were childhood friends (the former also helped him on the comic's production), while Binho, Baldinho and Lipão were based on his sons. Pita and Tato were invented by the artist without previous inspirations.
