- Plans for the Heartless Chloepatra were originally very different. She was to be the director of the museum the students visit. Saki would charm her leading to her being turned into a Heartless. This was changed when Valentina's circle of Heartless got introduced with her as a member. In the actual story we never learn her civilian identity.
- In the Author's Notes of "Bustaider: CyberKiller" it's revealed that CyBuster was part of the original draft of the top ten Busters.
- Originally the name of Eri's Hyper Mode was to be Icebreaker. It was swapped out due to being to close to the Heartbreaker name.
