• Development Gag: Not exactly confirmed, but the final image of Arnold's ending shows him in a group shot along with what appears to be early versions of six of the other fighters. Aside from Bill's lack of an analogue, many of them match up in design and/or concept with the final characters.
• Uncredited Role: Despite being noted as a producer for the game, Yu Suzuki goes uncredited during the staff roll sequence.
