  • Kevin Sisk reprises his role as the security guards while also lending his voice to Ronny and Dr. Rosenberg.
  • Noah Deibler voices Otis and the other overweight guards, the maintenance worker in the canals, and one of the marines disposing of corpses just before Barney reaches the surface.
  • Jacob Fossum voices Harold and provides most of the HECU marines' scripted dialogue.
• Role Reprise: Kevin Sisk and Michael Hillard once again lend their voices to the security guards and scientists respectively, long after seeing the roles through to completion in the main game.
• Troubled Production: According to the June 2022 developer update, the release of "Captive Freight", the fourth chapter, had been significantly delayed due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, as the development team included both Russian and Ukrainian members who were deeply affected by the conflict. Additionally, many members had either left or been kicked out for one reason or another, leading to an ongoing shortage of talent.
