• Follow the Leader: The film was clearly intended to cash in on the success of The Incredible Shrinking Man from a year earlier.
• On-Set Injury: John Agar, who played Bob, pulled his back out badly during the scene where he climbs down the table, to the point where he could barely move until the following day. When he starts climbing down in the scene you can see his balance slip a bit due to this.
• Working Title: Started production as I Was A Teenage Doll.
