  • Volume 2 is dedicated to Mr. Willis Dail, the father of Billy Bill, Chucky Dail (Redneck Devil Without A Cause on Vol. 1/Neil of the Rainbow Coalition on Volume 2) and Dougie Dail (The Suburban Gangsta on Volume 1/Mr. Dick Nipple on Vol. 2)
  • Volume 3 is dedicated to Jeff "Yukon Braxton" Dingess, a wrestler who died at 24 of a drug overdose.
