- Smeargle quitting the game on Piplup's behalf when she's supposed to leave over him for losing the challenge for Team Yveltal. Doubles as Heartwarming when Smeargle confesses his love for Piplup.
The Goddamn Merge is Close
- Piplup's sadness following Smeargle's elimination.
- Tyrantrum mercilessly attacking Lopunny, causing her to be injured, thus being pulled out of the game because of this. Doubles as Heartwarming when Lopunny and Gliscor confess their love for eachother.
Merge (Episodes 16-35)
Lies and Loyalty
- Gliscor's and Machoke's sadness following Lopunny's elimination.
- Piplup explaining to Beautifly that she still misses Smeargle.
Are You Smarter Than Corphish?
- Arcanine's elimination at the hands of Skuntank. Gliscor's sadness says it all, especially since his girlfriend, Lopunny, got eliminated two episodes ago. Doubles as Heartwarming as Gliscor immediately gets over it.
Cuisine Quarrel
- Mawile explaining her reasoning for joining the show and refusing Machoke's feelings for her to Machoke himself. Her sad look while doing so says everything.
Survivor's Guilt
- Piplup explaining her backstory and reasoning for her confidence issues to Beautifly.
- Gardevoir trying to regain control over her body, only for Harmony to intervene.
Scavenger Shenanigans
- Beautifly's elimination at the hands of Gastrodon and Harmony!Gardevoir. Doubles as Heartwarming given how she encourages Piplup to keep going.
The Couple Conundrum
- Ampharos mentioning how touching Venusaur's burn mark as of his encounter with the Rock Wreckers hurts her emotionally, knowing that she wasn't there for him when he needed her the most.
