Tear Jerker / Metal Walker

• Emil is rich and haughty, but to say she and her parents don't get along is putting it lightly. When she was kidnapped by Metal Masters, they refused to pay her ransom.
• When you reach Ever Green, you start looking for the professor the enemy Metal Master told you about. He's dead; you find his grave. Then a woman approaches, thinking you're a bad guy, and attacks. She's his granddaughter. She was fighting for his memory.
• If you make the effort to return to Ever Green after the heroes piece together Marina has been kidnapped, you'll find Dolfi is beside himself with worry over the whole mess. He wants to go out and rescue Marina, but given his freedom of movement throughout the rest of the game trying to purify lakes, it's implied he could only strike out from Ever Green because Marina was acting as the region's ward. He has to choose between saving his sister and preserving his grandfather's progress and memory and making either choice obviously hurts him.
