Tear Jerker / Madgie, what did you do?

• Several of Madgie's deaths
• Eglantine's death in one.
• Toki's final wish was to see the sunshine, something, that, because of her illness, she was unable to do.
• From Broken Wings, we have Doki. Earlier, prior to Bunny returning, she's had to perform a Mercy Kill, lost her sister to illness, became a very bitter person, and upon coming home, reveals that she dying of a terminal illness and subsequent kidney failure. By the time Bunny makes it to the time transport, she's already quietly passed way.
• From Story 46, concept of being alone for over 1,000 years can be quite saddening.
• This line from Turning the Hands of Time, Part I:

  "Sometimes, its more than the person that dies"

  • To elaborate further on that, Bunny narrates that bit as she's taking a note on Doki, who's suffering from a tragic case of Wistful Amnesia, as she doesn't remember who passed away, yet performs what she sees as funeral rites for them anyway. In that line, Doki idly remarks that the flowers she's been planting (the Lycoris flowers) make her sad because of what they represent, leading to the above mentioned narration.
  • Later, when Bunny is having tea with Jinx and Doki, the latter has a brief memory flash as she remembered that the tea they were having was Toki's favorite. Toki has passed on sometime before.
  • This quote from Jinx, as he watches his sister's favorite films:
  "She used to like these and, even though she's passed on, I still don't understand why she liked them so much. I just remember that I would find her in here, in the dark, watching these, as she quietly enjoyed them."
  • The Reality Subtext tidbit that Amoridere had written the story while dealing with fact that her maternal grandma was in hospice and had later on passed away.
