Peter is convinced that Neal stole the sub's treasure. Neal is determined to prove his innocence. Unfortunately, Neal is only technically innocent.
Tropes:
- Right for the Wrong Reasons: Peter thinks Neal stole the art because 1) he's Neal and 2) a scrap of canvas from a painting of Neal's survived the fire. Thing is, Mozzie stole the art without telling Neal and used the huge collection of Neal's art to make it look like the fire destroyed the stolen loot. And a scrap of a painting survived the fire.
