Recap / Trollz E 15 Simply Simon

Go To

While Opal and Jade polish a statue of Simon and are rudely interrupted by Coal, ogres set up wanted posters to find the BFFL. The girls need to find another way to break into King Simon's castle before his conquest of Trollzopolis is complete. Using a magical waterwheel and clockwork machine, he plans to drain the entire city of its magic, seal his enemies in amber forever, and temporally seal Trollzopolis in the Middle Ages for good.

The girls are on the run from ogres, but since they're colorblind, Sapphire is able to fool them by pretending to be statues. Topaz tries a spell to make everyone invisible so they can sneak into the castle, which doesn't work due to Simon's machine. Luckily, Amethyst spots a trundle full of costumes. By disguising themselves as male actors and putting on a show for Snarf, they're let into the castle. In the middle of their show, Coral trips over Snarf, spilling water on the floor, and is threatened with punishment. Amethyst moves to help her, slips, drops the disguise, and the girls try to escape. As Amethyst encourages Coral to escape with them, Sapphire tries to figure out how to stop Simon's machine.

Unfortunately, Simon's magic is stronger than they thought, and he imprisons Ruby, Topaz, and Onyx in a jar of amber. With Amethyst as a distraction, Sapphire is able to reverse the machine's effects, causing all of the magic to pour out of the machine and back into the city. Trollzopolis is restored to normal, the Ancients are freed, and Simon wisely flees. While the boys aren't sure why the girls are angry at them, Coral thanks Amethyst for her help.
