- Mr. Grumpy is given a new alarm clock by Miss Helpful that will remind him to wake up for the fishing contest at 6am. The alarm clock wakes him up at 1am and 3am, until Mr. Scatterbrain becomes his alarm clock. He wakes Mr. Grumpy up at 8am.
- UK Deleted Plot: Mr. Rude ads for his new clock, "Le Rude Cuckoo".
- Mr. Quiet decides to stay at Mr. Noisy's house after his power goes off. The noisy ticking of his alarm clock wakes him up, so he stuffs it in the fridge and causes a commotion in the kitchen.
- Mr. Bump is hired by Mr. Tickle to fix the Dillydale clock tower. Mr. Tickle managed to fix it with a tickle, but Mr. Bump falls from the clock tower, into a sewer and he gets hit by a clock hand.
- Epileptic Trees: Some fans think Mr. Bump died from the impact of the clock hand, when he didn't.
