Mitsuru arrives at Leblanc, providing the passphrase "looking for a game of cards" to Sojiro, who leads her to the Phantom Thieves' meeting place. After briefly getting acquainted, the Persona-users begin watching a crucial interview on TV.
In the interview, Zenkichi, Akihiko, and Naoto explain to Sumire's father and the public about Shadows and how Persona Awakenings worked, noting the differences between their groups. In particular, Zenkichi goes into more detail about the catalyst behind summoning his Persona.
After watching the interview, Mitsuru expresses concern about the information going public. However, Ren and Futaba offer reasons why it must, citing that the populace needs knowledge on protecting themselves from the current threats. Mitsuru then warns the Thieves about specific circles wanting to expose their identities before revealing that she's buying a building for them to use as an official hideout. She tells the Thieves that it was her way of apologizing to them for what they had gone through, but the group assures her she has nothing to apologize for, saying their experiences got them where they are now. Ren ends the meeting by assigning his teammates to their evening patrols.
Ren and Mitsuru head out as the latter briefly reminisces about Minato. Arriving at her limo, Mitsuru introduces Ren to Aigis and Minako, Minato's twin sister. After getting to know the two women, Ren immediately sets off on his patrol.
