Penguin discovers a sonic device that allows him to turn Man-Bat into his slave. Meanwhile, Alfred must deal with a raccoon that has found its way into the Bat-Cave.

- Bullying a Dragon: Penguin lords his control of Man-Bat (who is very explicitly stronger, faster, and more vicious than he is) over the beast’s human persona, Langstrom. Langstrom calmly warns Penguin to never lose the device that allows him that control or he will very much regret it.
