Recap / The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Really Really Really Love You Ch 145

Go To

Karane is still mulling over Rentarou's proposal while the man in question is off helping a teacher. Without mentioning the conversation they had, Karane asks the other members of the family what they think married life would be like.

Chiyo muses that she'd be happy if she could cook for Rentarou every day and have him say he likes her food. Kurumi agrees, to Suu's surprise, though Kurumi quickly reveals that it's more that she wants to eat Chiyo's cooking too. Chiyo actually likes the idea of a home where they can all eat together.

Momiji says that she wants to give everyone massages after bath time. Mei primarily serves Hahari and Rentarou, but says that serving the others would be a dream come true. Mai pipes up that she'd love to marry Rentarou and live under the same roof as him and Mei, which of course would be her only reason to do so. She does note that it would be silly to get divorced after that, so she feels that she'd need to put her best foot forward in the marriage (plus, she'd get to see Rentarou in a suit).

Yaku talks about how nice it would be to sit on the porch drinking tea together while Tama lounges on everyone's laps. Shizuka says that they could stay up late reading together. They could build a family bookcase, though Suu is more into getting a lot of clocks and calendars so they can be surrounded by numbers. Naddy suggests spending Friday nights watching movies. Rin suggests Ghibli movies... or Resident Evil.

Iku wants to go on morning runs together. Mimimi also likes that idea, but adds that living together would let them see her beauty full time. Uto suggests flights of fancy together, which Nano agrees with. Once Kusuri perfects her immortality drug, they can kiss and cuddle forever. Momoha quickly points out that the universe isn't going to last forever, and Eira adds that she can't take out the sun's expansion with a kick. Kusuri says that she'll just make a drug that undoes the immortality or one that'll stop them from thinking.

Hakari is intrigued by the cuddling, but points out that there are more important matters to discuss: Namely, making babies.

Momoha and Hahari are on board with that. Kishika likes the idea of nurturing their children, but quickly follows that train of thought into baby mode. Yamame, Meme, and Ahko bring up pets, knitting clothes and how cute it all would be. Eira adds that she and Rentarou would do their best to protect the family. Finally, she turns Karane's question back on her. What would SHE want to do in married life with Rentarou?

Karane protests that she DOESN'T think about kissing him good morning, good night, etc.

Everyone likes the idea of good night kisses, but if everyone kisses him, it's likely to turn into a full makeout session. Kurumi finally brings up that it's kind of a big assumption that they'd all live together.

It's a tall order, but the others do like the idea. Suu does as well, but points out that Rentarou can only legally marry one of them. This brings the mood down, but Karane is grinning. After Hakari calls her out, Karane reveals that Rentarou has already proposed, to the shock of the others.

The chapter ends on a cliffhanger.
