Krang and the Shredder are draining water from the ocean, intent on using all of that to flood the sewers and liquidate the turtles.
Tropes:
- Bond Villain Stupidity: Shredder has the turtles at his mercy when the squid grabs them, but he just has the squid toss them around instead of making the squid kill them instantly. Bebop and Rocksteady tell him to just get it over with, but Shredder proclaims that he's having too much fun. April gets the idea to ram the boat Shredder is on and he drops the mind control remote causing Donatello to grab it and cause the squid to let them go. Donatello then controls the squid to attack the villains.
- I Warned You: Rocksteady chides Shredder that he should have killed the turtles when he had the chance, but Shredder just tells him to shut up.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Using the controlled squid, Donatello successfully captures Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady. Unfortunately, Michaelangelo tries to play with the controls, which causes the squid the put the villains back down in their boat, enabling them to escape. Raphael chides Michaelangelo for it.
- Pun: Shredder cracks a joke as he controls the squid to attack the turtles.Shredder: Turtles, you are About to become history and I squid you not!
- Wins by Doing Absolutely Nothing: The Turtles don't need to do anything to stop the flooding; Krang's super pump ends up malfunctioning and goes into reverse, draining the city and flooding the Technodrome.
