"Dog Adoption Day"
Jonah and Mateo are put in charge of the dog adoption drive. Amy and Glenn try to advise Cheyenne and Bo, who are having problems in their relationship. Dina cites the rulebook when refusing to adjust Garrett's hours after he'd forgotten to clock in, so he tails her around as a result.
Tropes:
- The Gentleman or the Scoundrel: Subverted. Amy initially thinks Cole, whom Cheyenne describes as intelligent, thoughtful, and well-read, is the Gentleman to Bo's Scoundrel, but Cole turns out to be her English teacher.
- Precious Puppies: Everyone fawns over the puppies.
- Teacher/Student Romance: Cole was Cheyenne's teacher, and comes on to her fairly blatantly.
