After once again smiting Brooklyn Guy for taking his wish for the third time, Jeffy tries to get the Dragon Balls again, only to encounter the biggest foes he's faced yet.
- Calling Your Attacks: Played for Laughs with Junior, where instead of shouting it's name, he instead uses different metaphors and sayings when casting a Galick Gun. He is the Prince of all Sayings, after all.
- Compensating for Something: When Brooklyn Guy upgrades his powers through the Dragon Balls, he yells out loud he's compensating for his tiny penis.
- Cliffhanger: Mostly played straight this time; the ending shows that Brooklyn Guy now has good powers and has defeated Jeffy and Frieza has come out of the pool to enact revenge.
- Expy: Joseph temporarily joins back in as Nappa.
- Verbal Tic: Frieza inserts "monkey" nearly every time he talks to Junior.
