A new helicopter comes to Sodor, whose boastful nature rubs several engines the wrong way. Meanwhile, the post train is put in peril due to several setbacks.
This episode contains the following tropes:
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Although Harold is still talking down rails, he speaks more in a joking manner than genuine contempt.
- Armor-Piercing Question: Harold asks Percy if it bothers him not being able to go where he wants and only where the rails take him. Percy is left a stuttering mess and makes an excuse to leave.
- According to Clive, most engines aren't aware of how much a limit the rails are, and only ponder about it when an outside force makes them confront it. He was asked such a question himself way back when they were expanding the mainline and spent days trying to figure out an answer.
