A severe lapse in judgement by several of Sodor's engines and a certain bus lands them on the wrong side of the law.

- Kate tricks Diesel similarly to "Pop Goes the Diesel," except the trucks are quarantined, and it's Kate, not Duck who tricks him.
- Relationship Upgrade: Thomas and Kate become an Official Couple.
- What the Hell, Hero?:
- Edward calls Thomas out for racing with Bertie and speeding and reminds Thomas about what happened to Arthur when he had been speeding.
- Mickey later scolds Kate for letting Diesel move the trucks that were quarantined and no engine other than himself was allowed to touch them.
