Episode 1: The Angels Descend
The Seven Heavenly Virtues descend to Earth to try to find a new Messiah. Michael, the Angel of Faith, chooses a random man and decides to train him to be the Messiah. The man is incredibly confused, but Michael will not hear any back talk and makes him do excessive push-ups, squats, sword training, and running while dragging her with a rope while she rides on a tire. The man nearly collapses, but when Michael gets hungry, he cooks her an omelette and she is delighted.
Episode 2: I'm Supporting You from the Shadows
Uriel, the Angel of Patience, chooses an office worker as her Messiah candidate. Thinking she is invisible, she follows him everywhere, ignoring him telling her to go away and various confused people reacting to her. During her observation, she falls in love with him. His work performance suffers due to being distracted by her. She has to pee and tries to hold it in due to her need to observe him, but he shows her where the restroom is and tells her to just do it and she does. He eventually gets fired and returns to his apartment, only to find her naked inside. She says she will be living with him.
Episode 3: Special Dessert Training
Raphael, the Angel of Temperance, chooses an aspiring baker as her Messiah candidate after liking his food. She goes on a date with him and embarrasses him by spilling ice cream on her shirt and taking it off in public. She helps boost his popularity by acting as his girlfriend and helps him bake. In the end, she decides she likes him better as a baker instead of the Messiah, so she erases his memories of her and leaves.
Episode 4: Please Focus
Sandalphon, the Angel of Diligence, chooses a student as her Messiah candidate. She decides to help him study for an exam with the help of her various inventions, but he has trouble concentrating because of her sexy body. Oblivious to this, she contacts Belphegor, the Demon of Sloth, on the Internet for advice. Belphegor tells her to be more stimulating. Sandalphon makes him help with her shopping, creates a robot to wash him (but it turns around and washes her instead), and cooks for him while only wearing an apron, which just distracts him even more. He takes the exam and barely passes. She says now it is time to train him to be the Messiah.
Episode 5: Is This... Alright?
Metatron, the Angel of Charity, chooses a hospitalized man as her Messiah candidate. She poses as his nurse, but she keeps making mistakes like spilling hot food on him. She checks his pulse and finds it abnormally fast, unaware it is because he is aroused by her sexy body. He manipulates her into using her breasts to bathe him and then drying him with her mouth. She then tries to give him a shot, but holding a needle makes her sadistic split-personality take over and she tortures him.
Episode 6: No! That's Immoral!
Gabriel, the Angel of Chastity, starts lecturing people in the street to not do sexual acts, which makes them think she is crazy. She chooses a man in the crowd as her Messiah candidate and follows him home. She confiscates his porn and keeps lecturing him on various topics. The next day, they go on a date at an amusement park and have fun. She reveals her wings to him, since he did not believe she was an angel, and admits she is in love with him, but she is adamant on no sexual acts.
Episode 7: Good Job at Work Today!
Sariel, the Angel of Kindness, chooses a man with a stressful job as her Messiah candidate and greets him in his apartment after sprucing it up. She lets him confide his frustrations and tries to cheer him up and motivate him by letting him feel her breasts and butt. Lustful, he says he needs more of her so she keeps letting him feel her. Suddenly, one of her own shed feathers gets in her nose and she starts to sneeze. Michael and Uriel detect this and rush to the scene, but they are too late. Her sneeze blows up his apartment. In the rubble, he says he is motivated now.
Episode 8: Be Careful on Crowded Trains
Michael, Sariel, Gabriel, their Messiah candidates, and Raphael board a crowded train. Michael thinks this is beneath them, but Raphael says they need to get close to humanity to understand them. Several people bump into them and Sariel happily smothers her candidate with her breasts, making Gabriel lecture her. Michael starts to think humanity cannot be saved and they should just wipe it out and start over, but changes her mind when her candidate gives up his seat for an elderly woman.
Episode 9: Training Together?!
Michael calls the other angels over and says they should record an exercise video to motivate their Messiah candidates. Michael makes them do excessive exercises like with her candidate and by the end, the angels are exhausted. Michael gives the video a narration, telling the candidates that she believes in them.
Episode 10: The Angels' Room
Michael, Uriel, Sandalphon, and Gabriel strip in a locker room while preparing to return to Heaven. They brag about how good their candidates were and argue. Embarrassed, Michael admits she forgot about training her candidate and just wanted to eat his omelettes. The angels all return to Heaven and say they will try again in another town.
OVA 1: The Messiah's Virtues
Sandalphon and Metatron test a new Messiah candidate by bringing him to a room where Uriel is strapped to a table. Mechanical arms strip and molest her. He becomes aroused, so he fails the test and is dropped down a trap door into a pool of water. Sandalphon and Metatron wonder if they will ever find the Messiah while Uriel is humiliated by her experience.
OVA 2: Splash! A New Training Method
Michael calls the other angels to the park and tells them to wear swimsuits. They obey and are embarrassed, but Sandalphon uses a device she invented to make them invisible to the public. Michael says they need to train, so she hands them water guns and tells them to practice aiming and dodging. They do not take the training seriously and just playfully spray each other. Annoyed, Michael enchants the water so that it dissolves clothing on contact to motivate them. They battle each other and soon, they are all naked. Some water splashes on the device and it breaks, exposing them to a gawking crowd. Embarrassed, they scream and cover themselves.
