- Belligerent Sexual Tension: After an argument with shoving furniture out the front door, Dan and Roseanne look at one another huffing and puffing. Then Dan says "let's go to bed" and they immediately rush to the bedroom, resolving the argument.
- Do Wrong, Right: Dan points out that he used to do better report card forgeries than Darlene.
- Master Forger: Darlene attempts this to cover up a bad grade on her report card. It doesn't work.
