Letters on Ice is the twelfth episode of Postman Pat.
It's wintertime, and Pat has to fight through snow and ice to deliver the post.
Tropes:
- Failures on Ice: Pat keeps falling down as he slides on the ice, trying to deliver the post. Jess doesn't fare much better, and he falls on his face and needs Pat to help him.
- Joke of the Butt: When Pat arrives at Ted's workshop, after warming his hands by the fire, he turns around and warms up his backside as well.
- Meaningful Name: As revealed in this episode, Granny Dryden isn't called that simply because she's old; she actually does have grandchildren, specifically a grandson named Jim.
