Places have been suffering accidents due to a dark chip infestation. Lan learns the cause is Neo WWW seizing control of a small electronics company manufacturing robot dogs.
- Combination Attack: Beast Man stabs his claws into one of Flash Man's Neon Light attacks, creating the Neon Light Claw, unleashing a bigger shockwave that can withstand long range shots.
- Mass Hypnosis: Flash Man hypnotizes the factory workers allowing Seiko and Inukai to take control.
- Never Hurt an Innocent: Subverted. The episode begins with a train driving navi speeding up the train and risking hitting the train in front of it. Lan and Mega Man do their best to subdue him, but the dark chip allows it to overcome anything they throw at it. Search Man then comes along and snipes the navi to deletion. Laika reasons that since there were passengers endangered, deleting the navi was necessary.
- Small Role, Big Impact: Lan initially suspects the dark chip spreading is caused by Regal. The chief turns that theory down believing Regal dead after the Axess finale and the culprits are merely using the factories Regal left behind.
- Took a Level in Badass: Laika is able to cross fuse.
