Misaki has been caught robbing a bank and a jewelry shop and he's somehow able to use cross fusion, despite his and Prism Man's low synchro rate.
- Attack Its Weak Point: Dr. Hikari tells Lan a cross fusion entity's weak point is the Navi's emblem. Lan is able to undo Misaki's cross fusion, but not before Misaki was able to hit Lan's own emblem, damaging Lan's PET and leaving Mega Man out of commission in the next episode.
- Bittersweet Ending: Lan stops Misaki's rampage, but not without damage to his own PET or Mega Man.
- Failed a Spot Check: As Misaki passes out from a heart attack after his first dark sychro chip rampage, Chaud finds him and orders his driver to bring them to the hospital, but he leaves Misaki's PET on the street allowing Yuriko to pick it up and later break Misaki out of the hospital by re-infecting him with darkness.
- Jackass Genie: Nebula allows Misaki to cross fuse like he wanted, but do so by combining a sychro chip with a dark chip, corrupting Misaki in the process.
