The Interrogator goes after David for revenge but has a surprise waiting. Division 3 is observing the turn of events. Cary devises a new experiment to separate the monster from David, but things do not go as planned.

- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Averted in the Shadow King's possession of Oliver. He packs his bags and walks out to the car singing "If I Ruled the World", oblivious to the mayhem around him, but this is just the kind of thing Oliver does.
