A stripper, angry over the lack of investigation into her assault, takes it upon herself to put her painting skills to use and decorates her neighborhood with artwork that accuses the NYPD of cover-up. Spurred into action, Benson tries to investigate but the victim is reluctant to speak to SVU due to past inaction on the police's part. Meanwhile, Rollins struggles to get over the trauma from her ordeal with Bucci.
