While conducting a live interview of Benson and a rape survivor on her morning newsshow, a news anchor (Bonnie Somerville) abruptly and shakenly makes a rape allegation against her boss. Further investigation reveals that other victims are hesitant to testify in fear of losing their jobs and reputation within the journalist community. Meanwhile, the defense complicates the case by making it seem as though the allegations sprung from the victim losing her job, which happened when she refused to continue allowing the assault to continue.
