Krash is trying to catch something on a fishing rod using chocolate as bait. Chiko gets tired of sitting in the boat, so he leaves, and Krash continues to look at the float. Suddenly, something pulls the fishing rod with force and drags the boat for a long time. When the boat stops, Krash discovers that someone has eaten the chocolate. Deciding that the mysterious fish has sailed away, he gets upset, but suddenly a small green dragon appears next to the boat. Krash treats him to chocolate and plays with him in the water until the evening.
Krash finds an image of a dragon he met in a book and tells Chiko that he named it Crunch. Chiko does not believe his friend and leaves, and Krash returns to the sea again and calls Crunch. When he appears, Krash informs him that he did not take the chocolate but brought a jar of jam for him. Crash continues to meet and play with Crunch on a rocky island, but one day, when he arrives, he finds Crunch weakened and sick. Krash hurries to Olga and goes to the island with her, but finds no one. Olga inspects the coast and finds on the beach a lot of wrappers and packages of chips that Crunch loved so much. Olga is very outraged by what she saw because such a diet is very harmful to health, and she advises Krash to catch a dragon on vegetables or fruits next time.
The next day, Krash catches Crunch without much hope, using carrots as bait. To his surprise, Crunch takes the bait and drags the boat behind him again.
