Houtaro is suddenly teleported into another dimension by someone who transforms into another Kamen Rider in a similar vein to him. Now, the young alchemist must try to get his bearings together and see what's going on with this gorgeous guy.

- Kaguya is introduced resting in a bathtub filled with gemstones, emerging in his birthday suit before donning a robe and introducing himself to Houtarou, all while the other Rider was watching.
- His first fight scene sees him effortlessly take on a squad of Kasshines, all while using one of them as a seat.
- Trapped in Another World: Houtarou gets snapped up by an Aurora Curtain while serving Kajiki his food, landing in the World of Legend.
