- Batman Gambit: The Special Crimes Unit does this to lure Kusakabe to Shinnosuke by Kyuu announcing he recovered the data.
- Killed to Uphold the Masquerade: Kusakabe was killed by Brain and wiped the data off Odagiri's computer to prevent the information of the Anima System from going to public and thus explain how Banno transferred his mind digitally that let him get sealed by Brain into his tablet.
- The Answer: Banno wanted to escape the net world via the Anima System and control Professor Odagiri's mind. However, Odagiri was dead as the result of an accident during the Global Freeze so his plan failed.
