Mr. Cat starts a business selling lucky underwear made with Quack Quack's natural luck.
"Let's Play Small Business" contains the following tropes:
- Pyrrhic Victory: It turns out that Stumpy, Quack Quack and Mr. Cat made a bet to see who could make Kaeloo get mad enough to beat them up first. No matter who won, winning the bet would have made him get a severe beating. Mr. Cat ends up winning and as a result is beaten so much that he nearly loses consciousness.
- Take That!: The episode is one big Take That! at capitalism. Mr. Cat starts a business where he "motivates" his employees by threatening them with bazookas, gives them breaks that are literally only a few seconds long, and yells at everyone for trivial reasons.
- Who Would Be Stupid Enough?: When Kaeloo sees a commercial for the lucky underwear on TV, she laughs and asks who would be dumb enough to fall for that. She then looks around and sees that literally everyone except her is wearing a pair of "lucky underwear".
